He received his Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champagne-Urbana, IL, and his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. He joined GPHA’s professional staff in 1987. |

Dr. Vincenza T. Snow is Board certified in Internal Medicine. She received her Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Snow received her Doctor of Medical Degree from the University of Chile School of Medicine, El Salvador Hospital, Santiago, Chile. Dr. Snow joined GPHA’s Professional Staff in 2006. |

Dr. Michel J. Bien-Aime provides psychiatric services for children, teens and adults. He received his medical degree from the Medical School of Haiti and his Master’s of Public Health degree from Temple University. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He joined GPHA’s professional staff in April 2001. |

Usha Kotihal received her general psychiatry degree from Allegheny University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kotihal is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and is board eligible in general psychiatry.
