Primary Care Services
At GPHA, patients develop a long-term relationship with their personal healthcare provider who will help coordinate their healthcare with other specialists.
Our pediatric providers focus on keeping your children healthy—not just treating them when they are sick. GPHA offers full-service primary care for children from infancy to 20 years of age at all of our health centers.
Chronic Disease Management
Our providers work as a team to provide preventive and therapeutic care for chronic diseases, such as diabetes, arthritis and cancer. Our specialists at Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. (GPHA) believe that patients living with chronic disease, including HIV, deserve the finest healthcare available.
Women’s Health Services are provided by our team of experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologists (physicians), nurse midwives and Women’s Health nurse practitioners who offer comprehensive care for women of all ages throughout their lives.
The Podiatry service is a key element of many patients’ healthcare plans. As a component of the Diabetes Center of Excellence, Podiatry services are offered to all diabetic patients who are at risk for foot infections, ulcers and amputation. Podiatry services are also critically important for patients with compromised circulation.
Licensed registered dieticians provide assessment, counseling and dietary management plans for pregnant women and patients of all ages with disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity and food allergies.
